Never once have I treated any clients this way nor have I ever ignored potential business. I have worked customer service and scheduling clients for over 15 years. He asked if I wanted a call and I mentioned how I put in a request online and if they don't schedule on Sundays then I guess I don't need her to call but I'm sure she will anyway with my request online. If the guy at the desk wants to wipe his hands clean of the situation then he should have still had the manager call me. ![]() Even with me calling that one day why did I never receive any communication from the manager. I understand his hands are tied with lanes, I understand that when I called this event may have not been on the schedule (I which I don't fully believe since usually large events like this are months in the making but I digress) what I don't understand is how I can put in a request for a party threw the online request almost two months ago and never once received back any kind of email or phone call from the manager. I wouldn't be so upset if it wasn't for the desk guy being completely rude and inconsiderate to the situation. Their completely packed with people for an event. So here we are yesterday Sunday morning with our 4 and 2 year old excited to go bowling and we go in at 9:20 to get two lanes. Team size varies by league, but are usually 3 5 members and depending on the league can be all men, all women, or mixed. he said they don't schedule parties at all on Sundays that it was first come first serve that if I wanted to schedule a party with the manager it would have to be Saturday afternoon. I was told they don't host parties on Saturday mornings, which was fine I asked about Sundays. A few weeks later on a Sunday I called asking about the parties and how I get ahold of someone since I had no response. I never received any phone calls or emails back from whoever is in charge of scheduling that. In early March I sent in a request threw their website for a birthday party for my two children. At the time of its opening, the alley was owned and operated by Jon Rodine and Tom Rugg.Very disappointed in the communication of this establishment. From the 1970s onward, the Fireside served as the home alley for Roseville native Steve Cook who went on to three major championships in the Professional Bowlers Association tour. Furniture was crafted in a Danish modern style and an intercommunication system permitted bowlers to contact the control desk or order refreshments without leaving their seats. Constructed in the same year and set in the Grand Oaks Shopping Center, the 24-lane structure contained a coffee shop and cocktail lounge, the latter housing the alley's namesake stone fireplace.
